I am looking for a young working professional to lease one bedroom in my 2 bed 1 bath home in PB. It’s a great location 1 mile from the beach and 4 blocks from Trader Joe’s. Washer dryer is included with the home and is shared with a few other people in the back house, but it totally free (hard to find in this area). There is also a shared backyard.
