Great Condo to share in the Lido in Mission Valley
This is a great condo in Mission Valley, the heart of San Diego. 15 minutes to all the sights, beaches, zoo, Sea World, Balboa Park, airport. Minutes to all major freeways. Trolley, public transportation, restaurants and shopping within walking distance.
The room to rent is bright, has a large walk-in closet and large private bath. The room is unfurnished but I do have a blow-up queen bed. The rest of the condo is fully furnished with complete kitchen appliances and accessories. Washer/dryer in unit. Secure underground parking with assigned space. The condo is fully secure with key-fob entry.
Tons of amenities including two pools, two hot tubs, barbeque areas, gym, clubhouse with full kitchen, pool table.
The utilities average around $85-90/ ea/month. The owner does not allow pets. It is a smoke-free building.
