Have a fully furnished, 2 BR shared bath apartment. One room is currently occupied by my ex daughter in law. She has 3 kids ages 6-15 that stay a couple of weekends each month (but not always). Most times it's just the two youngest. Available room has new full sized bed (complete with linens), nightstand with lamp, a storage cubicle, built in dresser/wardrobe and closet. Both rooms have locks for safety and privacy. The neighborhood is usually quiet and there is a Dollar General, Walmart grocery and a Mexican grocery store all within a mile of the house. On street parking but also on the bus line. Argentine Bus Route 104.

Recent upgrades include a new furnace, new A/C unit and a new epoxy floor in the kitchen and living room areas of the unit. Fresh paint. New sink faucets in both the kitchen and bathroom. the bathtub was just reglazed. No dishwasher or garbage disposal but fully functional and stocked kitchen with cookware and eating utensils. We have Google Fiber Wi-Fi at an additional cost of $25 per month but no cable. No direct wire to the internet is available. Washer and dryer currently in unit for personal use only. Back porch has recently been refurbished and has a glider and there is a decent sized, fully fenced yard. Two patios at the back part of the house. Separate back entrance for tenants.

We are seeking day workers only since I live onsite and work primarily from home. So a quiet environment is essential for me to conduct business. Highly prefer a quiet, single female or male but would consider a school aged child at small additional cost since all utilities are included. No couples, babies/toddlers or animals.
