I'm looking for a roommate situation in a furnished dwelling (house or apartment) mid November until early January, maybe until April 1, 2027. I'm a GAY mature professional, 61 white, fastidious, Yoga teacher, (Aquarius) and all around good guy. I teach yoga/fitness as well as coach executives and substitute teach.

I don't smoke (obviously), drink only the occasional drink, eat very clean and like the same in people I share space with. Since it's your home and space, I'll let you know that I have excellent roommate references, have been a professional house sitter in KC and Wichita areas, also own a home in Western Kansas (which I'm in the process of selling!) I'm well educated and extremely well traveled, having lived in many countries and cultures.

I'm a classical musician, love art and theater and appreciate a similar type with an open mind and a liberal forward-thinking attitude, politically, culturally, socially, LGBTQ+. I will be teaching High School in DeSoto and Shawnee Mission as a substitute, which means I'm around the house on weekends and evenings, as well as a couple of days a week. I always do part time occasional work for KU MED. I'm very quiet, like to read and write on the subjects I teach, do research and spend free time at coffee shops, museums, and out walking.

I lived in Hyde Park back in the day, my sister lives in Shawnee and I have been house-sitting the past couple of years in Brookside--so I know the area very well and have a longtime love of the Plaza and KC. I'm single, never married, and enjoy hanging out and having great conversations, meals and free time with genuine, authentic people.
