Hi there! I'm looking for a roommate that would like to get an apartment in the Montgomery County area, preferably in Germantown. I'm moving out of Florida and want to do something new and meet new people.

Originally I was born and raised in Miami. I'm currently living in Melbourne, FL. I was living in Port Saint Lucie, FL for nearly 4 years before that.

I'm very easy going and always try to be kind with everybody. I'm a very clean and organized guy. I usually spend my free time reading/studying, getting outdoors or kicking it back with some TV/Video games.

I love animals, but I've lived with more than enough dogs and cats over the years. I'm not really looking for someone who has pets or plans to have them, sorry.

Smokers, not into tobacco smells. I'm very 420 friendly but it can't be inside the apartment. I used to work at an apartment community for 2 yeaes and the leasing office can absolutely terminate your lease for violating that rule. I know it sucks, it just is what it is.

I don't mind if you have friends, family, or even hookups over, just give me a heads up is all I ask. I'll never say you can't bring people into the apartment you pay to live in.

My current lease doesn't end until mid July 2026 so it'll be awhile before we can get the ball rolling.
