Bright and large apartment in prime UWS street. Tree lined and quiet street with the apartment facing the back of the building, overlooking courtyards.
Two short flights up in a well maintained building that has laundry in the basement. The bedroom will come unfurnished. Could easily fit a queen bed and additional furniture. You will have your own private bathroom! The kitchen is fully equipped and furnished with cookware, utensils, etc, with a dishwasher as well. The common living room will be fully furnished and well appointed.
There is a very well behaved 35lb bernedoodle that never barks and is friendly towards all humans and animals alike. There is also a small low-shedding cat that is loving and has an automatic litter box (so never smells like a cat!)
