Kelsi R - $1,500/month

I will finish my master's program in May 2024 and start an internship shortly after that. I've owned a home and lived mostly alone as an adult. I decided to start a 2nd career, left the high-tech, public policy world a good bit ago, and am finishing up the process to become a therapist. I'm a bit of a homebody. I take lots of walks and tend to eat out a lot, but otherwise, I'm home, reading, listening to podcasts, taking continuing education classes... stuff like that. I'll be working part-time in an office and part-time at home, seeing clients virtually. I'll need privacy for seeing clients but that is easy with headphones and a closed door.

I have a 13-year-old dog who is in great shape and super mellow and easy - she does shed a good bit but is otherwise just perfect.

I've got nice furniture + art + all the kitchen stuff.
