Doc D - $1,000/month

I am a divorced, 54 year old therapist and the clinical director at a local community mental health center. I'm looking for someone to share rent with in my 2B2B by the Domain.
I work a lot. Like a lot a lot. Some days I work from home but most weekdays I will be in my office for about 10 to 12 hours, which makes me a great roommate for someone who isn't looking for a lifelong friend who is looking to spend a lot of time together. I will never bring people home, I will always clean up after myself in the shared areas, and don't have any glaringly bad habits or behaviors.
I will be retiring from my current job in about three years and would love to have a roommate who is looking to stay in one spot for more than a hot minute. I have an apartment with a room for rent, which is $1000.00 each. I will pay for all utilities including valet trash, and WiFi, unless you need the AC at 68 - then I'll likely ask for some help with that. I have to have a really good and secure internet connection for TeleHealth sessions, so I'm happily pay for what I need and share it. It's a nice play and really close to the Domain. The property is high end, with two massive pools, BBQ pits and grills, a clubhouse with a boardroom and full kitchen. If you like amenities, this place has them. There are two things that you need to know about the apartment: It is close enough to a train crossing, that you will hear train horns on the reg, and the way the ceiling is built, you will hear every step from the upstairs neighbor. If either of those things bother you, you will not be happy here.
I am VERY laid back! I have some pretty set priorities at this point in my life and want to put my energies into seeing those things through, so the less energy I have to put into navigating drama elsewhere in my life, the better. :)
