Colin C - $2,000/month

I just graduated from Lehigh University and am looking to move into the downtown Manhattan area in July and looking for someone to split the rent with.

I'm pretty clean and always willing to help around the apartment. I'm from Boston and follow every major sport, and I would prefer to live with someone who also follows sports. Always down to go out on the weekends, and again would prefer a roommate who plans to do the same.

I will be working longer hours, mostly not from home but need a roommate who will also be going to bed on the earlier side on weekdays.

Overall just looking for someone who shares generally the same interests, and looking for a 1 year lease in downtown Manhattan.
