Hey everyone, I’m looking for a place with a lease starting ideally around July 1st or August 1st but I am flexible on that start date.

I would say I am generally clean and definitely keep all shared spaces clean. I am remote M/W/F with a few exceptions so I will mostly be working from home 3 days a week.

I don’t have any pets but I’ve grown up with cats and dogs my whole life so no problem if you have a pet or are looking to get one.

I do try to meal prep and do some deeper cleaning on the weekends so I can start the week off right but if you need the kitchen or a space you could just let me know and I’ll plan around it.
