I am looking for a roommate to share my space with. This non-smoking space includes: a private, full bathroom, recessed lighting throughout, closet and dresser, full-sized fridge, bakers rack, coffee maker, toaster, and couch. There is also access to the utility sink and storage room. The rent price also includes Fios Gigabit Internet Connection, the “More Fios” TV plan, ADT Security which includes a Wi-Fi video doorbell, and one assigned parking space in front of the townhome. There are two guest parking spaces located in the cul-de-sac and additional street parking available. There is plenty of open parking for any of your family, friends, and guests! The renter will have access to the community amenities which include: 2 community pools, a community clubhouse, tennis courts, playgrounds, and walking trails.

The main level has laminate hardwood floors, with crown molding throughout the first level. The renovated kitchen includes a center island, quartz countertops, recessed lighting, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, and pantry closet. There is a small, private deck that is fully gated. There is a full-sized washer and dryer.

The rental price is $1,100 plus utilities, where the renter will pay 1/2 of the gas and water and 1/3 of the electric. Water will be billed on a quarterly basis. Additionally, expect to pay one-month of rent up front as a security deposit which will be returned at the end of the lease.

This charming home is centrally located in Silver Spring, Maryland. The community is minutes away from the ICC, less than 5 miles to Glenmont Metro Station, and near three MARC Commuter Train stops. The community also contains bus stops and a park and ride. There is a Giant Food Grocery Store, ALDI, CVS and Walgreens, and restaurants within 3 miles. A little further (15-20-minute drive) the renter will have access to more restaurants and shopping like Westfield Wheaton mall, the Montrose Crossing Shopping Center, Pike and Rose (Trader Joe’s, Target, REI, MOM’s Organic Market, Sephora) and much more.
