I'm a marketing professional who currently works 9-5 from home. I'm looking for a female roommate in NoVa starting May 1, 2021 (potentially sooner). My budget is $1200 including utilities. I'm looking for a place with in-unit laundry and parking. I would prefer my own bathroom as well.

I'm very friendly, clean, independent, covid-conscious, and I always pay my rent on time. I'm looking for the same in a roommate. No smoking/drugs, kids, or pets (dogs on a case-by-case basis).
