The room is on the top floor of a 3-floor house and is bright and large (22x11) with hardwood floors and a balcony that faces towards the sunset. Perfect space for someone who wants a bedroom and extra space for work/recreation. The room is unfurnished but can be partially furnished if preferred. The house is one block from everything: UCSF, Irving Street, Golden Gate Park, and Muni and Buses.
This 3-floor house features a big backyard and multiple outdoor decks/balconies, expansive kitchen, in-house washer and dryer, a designated office space on the 2nd floor, and lots of common space. There is also parking and storage space in the garage/basement, and quiet carpeted stairs between each floor.
