I keep reasonable hours, do not have parties, etc. Maybe a friend over on occasion. Spend a lot of time online. I am fine with as much or little interaction as you are comfortable with, short of full-on co-dependancy :)...

600 sq ft, 2 bedrooms (one can be a home office), private bathroom, 15x11 living area, room for a microwave and small fridge, balcony, washer and dryer in unit, pool access. This is a nice upgrade from renting a single bedroom in someone's house and sharing bathroom and living areas, but less expensive than renting a studio or 1 bedroom apartment.
You can use my guest wi-fi as long as bandwidth is reasonable, can work out upgrade to faster internet if needed. Separate cable TV access upstairs if you pay for an extra cable box. Utilities $50/month.
