Hi! I am moving due to COVID and have a room available in Lower Pac Heights. Rent is $1700 and lease is month to month. Our place is absolutely gorgeous - 1300 square feet, super bright and airy, huge updated kitchen, in unit laundry. My room is decently-sized at 12'x11' with a huge closet that spans the length of the room. I fit a queen bed, dresser, desk, nightstand and side table all comfortably in the room. My roommates are two awesome young professional women (they're aged 27/28) and are rarely home since they have family in the Bay.
