Hi everyone!!
I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our 3 bed, 2 bath townhome by March 1 ! Move in date can be was early as February 19th ! Rent for February is already payed for as well. Located in downtown Nashville & your portion of rent for your own room and bathroom would be $900 a month + utilities.

About the townhouse:
-laundry
-the room is unfurnished
-the room has a large closet.
-utilities are not included (up to $100 a month per person)
-your own bathroom right next to your bedroom.
-beautiful rooftop deck and view of the Nashville skyline
-fun area, 4 minutes from Broadway.
-the lease would be March-November

About other roommates:
They’re 22/20 year old girls, both christian ! They’ve been really great, fun roommates. They want someone very neat and organized.
