Hi, we are looking for another person to join us for a year long lease beginning Jan! Our 3-bed, 1-bath apartment is located in Bed-Stuy and is off the A/C trains (Nostrand Ave/Kingston-Throop Aves). The apartment has a dishwasher, the building is under 10 years old, has a gym, roof access, a bike room, laundry, and an elevator. The room featured is $1169 and utilities average to $100 a month (wifi/electric).
