Hey everyone,

I’m looking for an unfurnished room to rent long term on a month to month basis. I’d like to be settled by January 1st or even a week earlier if possible. My price range is somewhere between $900-$1200 (utilities included).

A little about me: Clean, organized, COVID conscious, LGBTQ+ and 420 friendly. I keep to myself but I’m always up for small talk, drinks and getting to know the community more. My hobbies include photography, fitness and exploring different bars and restaurants.
