Chase - $1,700/month

Looking for a roommate to split the rent with on the UWS (preferably below 96) or Hell's Kitchen (preferably mid-to-high 50s). My interests include playing/watching sports, video games, volunteering, Citi Biking, urbanism, travel, and long walks. I'm an early riser who is typically early-ish to bed, tend to be on the quieter side, and am more the independent type (but am down to get the occasional dinner and become friends with a roommate if we get along). I'll be out of the apartment most of the time but value the occasional stay-at-home day. My only hard requirements are a 20s male who is reasonably clean, a nice person, and wants to be in HK/UWS.
