I'm an elementary school teacher and gallery featured artist (which is why one of the rooms is set aside as a studio). Like I said before, I have 2 cats, and my primary interests outside of it are gaming (both PC and TTRPGs plus trading catd games like Magic the Gathering), and most recently fixing up an old van for a summer.

Me and a long-term partner have split and they're moving oit at the end of September, so I'm seeking someone else to share the space. Single Bedroom in Krum TX

Hello!

My name is Joseph Bossolono, and I am offering a room in Krum, TX (about 15 minutes West of the Denton TX town square). The living space is a 3 bedroom, all utilities included except Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry, full sized dining room, and a few bonus appliances (including a chest freezer and blackstone griddle).

Important qualifiers; I have 2 cats. They're friendly and fixed, but just wanted to let you know they're occupying our space and have a litterbox in the bathroom. Second; only one bathroom, its spacious with a combination tub and shower, storage cabinets both under and next to the sink, and a laundry hamper chute, but we will have to share it.

Like I said previously, the apartment is 3 bedrooms. One is set aside as my studio room.amd the master bedroom as yours. Currently the photos I have of it are furnished with me and my exes things but it should give you a sense of space and size of the space.
