I’m looking for someone to sublease in my rental. Rent is $750 but can be negotiated based on income. Signing 6 months to a year. In the Alamo Heights neighborhood on the south of I-20.

I have a busy life that changes week to week, but well communicated. I am an active night person, typically ranges between 1am to 6am, but I keep the volume down. I am friendly and like to socialize, but we do not have to be friends.
