Hi I am new here. I would like to get a place with someone with in the next month. I am willing to put down three months rent up front. I am very serious about this move. I have furniture to contribute to this new home (brand new) and has a strong work history and renting history. No convictions. No prior rental issues. Just me and my girl Mama (Calico cat) 🤓 A few things about me is I do have ocd with organization. I love to cook and I am a big Anime fan. I very laid back and chill. I am an Aunty so I will babysit from time to time but never overnight. I am looking for a long term roommate that is looking to save her/his/them/their money in this crazy ass economy in Colorado! 😅
