Hi! I have a couple rooms you could choose from. One room has a double bed. The other has twin beds. However, I have a second queen size bed that can be swapped out for the twins. So lots of flexibility. If you have your own bedroom furniture, I can move mine out.
Each room has a window that faces west. You’d have your own bathroom.
The back yard is decent sized with lots of privacy.
