This is a brand new, two-story home with four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, so there's plenty of space to live comfortably. I work full-time, and am a full time student. I wake up very early in the morning, so I'm looking for someone who is respectful of that and can help keep things tidy around the house.

The location of this house is unbeatable. We're located at 5624 Cookstown Lane in Fort Worth, just seven minutes away from Clearfork and ten minutes from downtown Fort Worth. There's an amazing new shopping center right next door, so you'll have everything you need within walking distance.
