I'm a semi-granola, single mom with two bright and very cool kids, ages 9 and 5 who were homeschooled until this year. I'm originally from Arkansas but a long time Texas transplant. I love animals, plants and enjoy the company of other down to Earth people. I prefer to be easygoing and spend most of my time at home, running my kids around or escaping into nature for a bit. We're up early and down early weekdays and out of the house for the bulk of every Saturday. We're vegetarian but you don't have to be and we're very LGBTQ friendly. I don't smoke and only occasionally drink. I work from home in the Princeton, TX area and I'm looking to move from one house rental to another in the same neighborhood. Due to recent changes to my living situation I'm needing a roommate to share the rental with and help to carry the cost of rent and utilities. Our home is very clean, well stocked and fully furnished. Your room would be ready to fill and outfit to your liking and tends to be the largest bedroom in most of the floorplans in our neighborhood. I will have to purchase a new television upon our move. So, if you have one in the meantime, all the better. I have three dogs that are very friendly. You would not be responsible for the care of my children or pets. Help around the house is always appreciated. The ideal homes in our neighborhood average around 2000 to 2100. We have a resort style pool, playground, tons of trails, and quick access to HWY 380, Walmart, Starbucks, and so on. A short distance to McKinney, Allen, Wylie etc Princeton is rapidly developing and boasts many more pluses every day. We love it here and prefer to stay. I'm hoping to move within 30 to 60 days. Roommate would have a clean rental history, decent credit and be able to contribute to a down payment. I look forward to meeting you.
