Starting July 1st, one room in my two bedroom, newly renovated, spacious, and clean apartment in lively Crown Heights will be available.

ROOM: The room fits a queen size bed and dresser. It has a personal closet inside the room and outside the room in the hallway is another closet which will be yours.

APARTMENT: The kitchen has all brand new appliances and floors. The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment which allows for more privacy. The bathroom is clean and updated as well. The rooftop is huge and has amazing views of Brooklyn and the city. *Note- this rental is for bedroom, bathroom and kitchen only and does not include the living room.
The area is quiet and on a residential block but around the corner from tons of restaurants and stores.

YOUR ROOMMATES:
You would be living with a couple in their late 20’s/early 30’s.
One a special education teacher and one a professional dancer. Both of us work long days/hours. We are very friendly and social but also keep to ourselves. You would have plenty of privacy!

LOOKING FOR:
Looking for a clean, responsible roommate to rent the second bedroom. Bedroom is not furnished. Apartment is on the second floor.

LOCATION: Walking distance to the A, C and 3, 4 trains and the LIRR. Restaurants and shops are all around and in walking distance. Close/walking distance to the popular, Nostrand and Franklin Avenue.
