I’m a high school counselor working in a bridge program, and I also have a second job, so my schedule can vary. Some weeks I’m home more, while other weeks I’m pretty busy and out often.

I really value my personal downtime, but I also enjoy occasional socializing. On weekends, I like going out for drinks with friends. I’m friendly and easygoing, but I do appreciate having a calm, respectful home environment.

I’m generally clean and organized, though I understand life gets hectic sometimes. I’m not overly strict, but I do expect that we clean up within 24 hours and keep shared spaces in good condition—nothing that creates odors or lingering mess.

I don’t smoke cigarettes or weed, but I do occasionally smoke hookah, which I’m okay with in the home. I just ask to avoid cigarettes and weed because of the smell.

I’m open to small dogs, but no other animals since I’m allergic to cats.

I’m looking for a roommate who is responsible, respectful, and has their own routine—someone who stays busy with work, school, or hobbies and values a peaceful, clean living space.
