Hi! We are looking for two roommates. Move in date as early as August 1st for a 12 month lease (some flexibility).

We have a split level 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in Aurora off of Alameda and Mississippi, near Buckley Airforce Base. The two rooms for rent are on their own floor and are $1,100 each, all utilities included! Queen mattress included upon request.

• Large closet
• Jack and Jill bathroom (double sink) shared with other room for rent
• Shared space: kitchen, dining area, living room, and backyard.
• Washer/dryer
• Parking spots: currently visitor parking is available - we are working to secure assigned parking spots
• ADT Security system and Skybell doorbell (package delivery reassurance)
• Pets negotiable based on size, and meeting with our pup!

A little about us: my name is Chira, my boyfriend is Andrew, and our 20lb yorkipoo (hypoallergenic) is named Smokey! We are both in our 20's. He is super cuddly and loves to play fetch. We both work full time - I work at a nature center and he works at a food truck. We typically stay up late and sleep in when we can. We like watching movies, cooking, baking, and being active.
