Looking to find a roommate for my house in the Sloan’s Lake area. The room is a large bedroom on the main level with 2 closets and your own bathroom. There 4 bedrooms in the home, but we keep one open as an extra guest room/home gym/misc room. There will be two other roommates in the house, Myself(29 F) and my new roommate who is 24 (F). We both have our own cat who are very friendly and love pets.
The house is in a great neighborhood and it’s easy to get to anywhere in Denver! It has all updated stainless steel appliances, and we also have a laundry room in the basement with extra storage. We have a cute backyard with a covered patio and I love sitting out there on nice nights.
