I live in East Williamsburg and am looking for someone like minded for a long term sublet/ lease takeover to take over my roommates room in nice 3 bedroom(3rd bedroom used as mutual office space) as he is moving out of the city in May.

I work in advertising sales and am in office at least 3 - 4 times a week with WFH on Mondays/Fridays mostly. I am a social person but also enjoy my alone time including reading, watching tv and sports, as well as being a very active person(working out, going hiking upstate, and just spending time exploring). I am looking for a working professional that is clean, easy going and wants to hangout some but also enjoys there own time. This apartment is close to several subways and has a lot of amenities(Gym, laundry in unit, large balcony) and is overall a great place to live.
