Searching for someone to split a house with, or a furnished place for 3-9 months while I figure out what part of Colorado I want to call home. Making the move from Austin where I've lived for the past 12 years to be closer to family.

I work full-time in Accounting remotely. I have two dogs and an inside/outside cat, so a yard is necessary. Would prefer only one roommate, unless it's a considerably large space. I need a master or two rooms since I work from home. If it's a temp furnished place that doesn't allow cats I can arrange to have him stay with family.

When I'm not working I'm usually out exploring with the doggos and staying active. They're never un-supervised, but if I do have to leave home without them one is crate trained and the other is older and sleeps the day away. Taking great care of them is a priority to me. We doing multiple daily walks and I try to get them out to socialize at a park or open space multiple times a week if not every day. Other pets welcome as all my pets are well socialized and friendly to everyone.

Looking for someone clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I value privacy and a quiet environment.
