Hey! I'm 26 and moving back to NYC from Arizona! I previously lived in West SoHo for about a year and a half, and I've been wanting to make my way back ever since. I'm excited to start a new chapter and make the city home again!

A little about me: I'm a creative, outgoing gay guy with a background in fashion, marketing, and entrepreneurship. I've spent the last six years running my own businesses, including a vintage clothing store, so I'm super passionate about fashion, design, and all things creative. I love exploring different neighborhoods, finding hidden gems, thrifting, trying new restaurants, and meeting interesting people.

As a roommate, I'm pretty easygoing, respectful, and social! I love having a home that feels welcoming, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. I'm definitely someone who enjoys going out and making plans, but I also appreciate a chill night at home. I like keeping shared spaces clean, communicating openly, and respecting everyone's personal space.

One thing worth mentioning is that I occasionally have friends from out of state visit! Usually just for a couple of days every two months or so, and they'd stay in my room with me. I'm always happy to communicate ahead of time and make sure everyone is comfortable.

Ideally, I'd love to live with someone I can actually become friends with! Whether that's grabbing drinks, exploring the city, having a movie night, or just catching up about our days. That said, I'm also very independent and totally respect having our own lives.

Ultimately, I'm looking for a fun, positive living situation where we can both feel at home and enjoy everything NYC has to offer!
