I'm a relatively easy-going guy. During the work week I typically just get home, eat dinner, walk my dog and play videogames or watch TV. I like to keep it pretty mellow. Ideally I could find a roommate that is equally easy going but that wants to spend the occasional night watching movies, smoking a cigar on the patio or going out. I prefer someone who doesn't want to have a lot of people over often, especially during the work week.
When I'm not relaxing after a day's work I like to play guitar, hike, rock climb and explore the city. Absolutely no drug use. Drinking and smoking (outside only) okay. I am very open to pets. However, if you have a dog or a cat, it is a must that they meet and are friendly with my dog.

My current roommate owns this house but has decided to live on his own and keep our house as a rental property. The home has been recently remodeled and looks fantastic. The available room is a very spacious master with an attached bathroom and will be available in May.
We have a very spacious yard for the area that is perfect for any four legged friend to get their energy out. It's a nice, quiet neighborhood that's a 5 minute drive to the Biltmore area, the 202 and the 51, along with a 10 minute drive to downtown Phoenix. The house has been recently remodeled, including new appliances, washing machine, etc. Having lived here for a little over a year I can say that I haven't had a problem with anything related to the house - it's in great shape.
He owns most of the furniture so feel free to bring what you've got and I'll fill in the rest over the coming months. My roommate has a rough idea of what he wants the rent to look like but if you and I are a great fit we can see if there's flexibility.
