Upstairs loft is currently being used for study spaces, but can be changed to fit your needs! The apartment also has a gas fireplace for those frigid Phoenix nights. We live right at the Roosevelt arts district, which has a lot of great coffee shops, bars, and restaurants all in walking distance.
