I love pets (don't have any), don't mind people smoking outside, keep it calm during weekdays, weekends are mixed but keep it out of the place. I'm generally tidy and clean, but understand that things can get hectic for a day or two. I'm out most of the day at work, the gym and other activities, to generally get back late.
