Liz T - $1,500/month

Hi! My name is Liz. I just moved to NYC from Michigan and am looking for a more permanent living arrangement here in the city. I work in marketing full-time near Union Square. My schedule is pretty full during the week, so I am not home too much. I am pretty tidy and very respectful of other's space.

I am hoping to find something starting May 1st (or sooner). I am open to different areas in the city, but have been primarily looking on the UES, East Village, and Williamsburg. Ideally, I would like a 6-month or 1-year lease, but I am open to going month-to-month if I find the right roomie! I really just want to match with someone that I get along with and can live comfortably with. If we become friends, that would be a huge plus :)
