-Kitchen is recently remodeled with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher
-Bathroom is a generous size for NYC, with a full bathtub and plenty of storage
-Living room is fully furnished with TV
-Current roommates are two 23/24 year old girls who work at tech startups
-The lease ends on June 30th, 2020, but there is the option to extend as well!
