I'm a teacher who will be working up in the Bronx starting at the end of August 2021. I'm just returning back to the U.S. after living abroad in Jordan for the past four years.

I'm pretty laid-back. I enjoy reading, cooking, playing board games, and making art.

I'm queer and hoping for a queer-friendly roommate.

I generally prefer to have a quiet home space (especially on weekdays) with small friend gatherings on some weekends.

I value open communication and building community. I'd hope to have those values shared in a roommate (and I also appreciate some alone time).
