Moving to NYC for a finance job in the music industry! I have never been to NYC and am excited and would love someone to help me explore the city! I have a 10lb sweet chihuahua and will be working from home most the time so need a large enough space. :) Looking for fem folx I can get along with and hopefully be friends with! I tend to be more of an inside-cozy-binge movie/TV kind of socializer, but love to have friends/roommates that help me get out!

I prefer clean shared areas but also understand life happens and am not a huge stickler. I have lived with roommates for years where I have always become great friends with all and love a situation where we can be respectful to each other and know how to communicate when issues arise. Would prefer to have 3 roommates or less (would prefer 1 or 2).

Would be open to also adjusting price/room based on size (so if you have a smaller/larger budget we can divy rooms based on size/cost).

My hobbies: sewing, puzzles, cafe-hopping, exploring, photography, dog-and-people watching, TV binging, and going to live shows.

HUGE plus if you like dogs and cats and can befriend my Bean!! Animals keep me sane, and would consider moving in with other pet-parents if they get along! Also a vegetarian and would love a fellow vegetarian/vegan but not necessary!
