Hi I'm Ayel (I-yell),

I'm originally from Arlington Virginia and moved to New York City two years ago during the pandemic sort of spontaneously and haven't regretted it! I currently live in the Upper West Side and am looking to move further down when my lease is up at the end of Jan2023. For my job I'm a Project Manager at Biotech company in Clinical Trails, we used to have an office in the city but it recently closed so I'm full remote (hours are standard 9-5). In my spare time I love to cook, check out new bars/music spots, go to spin class and I hit up trivia every so often (which I'm not good at but hey). For my next roommate situation I'm interested in us getting to know each other; I'm not saying we have to be best friends, but I would like to do things like occasionally watch TV together etc.

I like to keep common living spaces clean. I do my dishes every day and put away my belongings to avoid a messy space. but I wouldn't say I'm overly clean nor do I mind the occasional clutter.

What I'm looking for:
-To room with one to two other females in their twenties
-A semi furnished place
-An apartment near central subway lines
-Budget (1700-1800)
-In building washer/dryer is a bonus
-Ideally to live on the west side (Chelsea, Meat Packing areas)
