This is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom on one of the best blocks in Clinton Hill. 1 block from the G train, coffee shops, Mekelburg's, and a larger grocery store as well as several great neighborhood bars and restaurants. A short walk to Ft Greene park, all the bars and restaurants on DeKalb and tree lined streets surrounding the area.
The space itself is great. We are still adding some furniture and art, but like to keep the common space, clean, tidy, and fairly minimal. We have a huge common area, tons of natural light and windows, rooftop access, a cute community courtyard and garden as well as laundry on site and bike storage.
The available room comes with 2 large closets and will share a bath with one of the roommates. We are two very chill women (29 and 31) looking for someone who is kind, clean, and brings good vibes.
