Hello there!

My name is Mark and I am looking for a roommate in Manhattan or Brooklyn. I am open to folks offering a room for rent, or someone to buddy up with so we can search for a two-bedroom apartment together.

My last roommate described me as: Always cleaning and never home. I love maintaining a clean household and I appreciate roommates who clean up after themselves. In general, I am not a homebody, so I tend to be out of the apartment a lot.

When it comes to roommates, my biggest pet peeve is hair left in the drain. I'm fairly laid-back about most things, but hair left in the drain is the one thing I'm nit-picky about.

LGBTQ-friendliness is a must, I love to recycle, and while I do enjoy making friends, I do tend to keep to myself when I'm at home.

On my spare time, I love to watch baseball and basketball, read, aimlessly explore the city and go on runs.
