I'm friendly, respectful, very tidy/clean/minimal, and value maintaining a relaxed, comfortable, and peaceful home. I enjoy forming roommate friendships but also value/respect our alone R&R time -- the grind can get tiring!

When I'm not working, I like to exercise, read, watch a little TV here and there -- and of course, take advantage of all the city has to offer (arts, culture, food, drink, meetups with friends, etc.). Thrilled to be moving to NYC for all of this.

I'm looking for a June 1-July 1 move-in. I'll be going into the office in Midtown 4-5 days a week. Flexible on location. Seeking a clean, comfortable place in a well-managed building.
