What's up everyone,

I'm Andrew, 27M, originally (and currently living) in Orange County, NY. (Approx. 1hr15min drive northwest of Manhattan for those not familiar.

I've been a 'super commuter' for the past few years, Icommuting 2hrs each way, 5 days a week. That's getting to a point where it's becoming unsustainable, so im looking to find a place in the city, ideally with a sub-30min commute to the WTC station area. I typically go into the office 5 days a week (8:30-6ish), but have the option to work from home with my new role. Might take advantage of this 1 or 2 days a week, but will likely be on the rare side.

I'm respectful of common areas, and will keep those clean; however, my room can get a bit messy at times. People say that im a friendly person. I'd classify myself as an extroverted introvert (or vice versa), so mostly keep to myself, but can also enjoy getting into the party every now and then.

I occasionally cook full meals (and always happy to share), but mostly order in/eat out or throw something quick and easy in the airfryer.

Hobbies include:
- Lake weekends, boating, swimming, fishing (family has lake houses in Poconos, and Adirondacks)
- watching sports (mostly NFL), movies, TV shows, playing video games
- live music (concerts, small venues, bars)
- Learning about new technology
