Available Room for Rent

Short-term situation preferred

Great space on a safe, tree lined street. The apt is the end of a row and has many windows with plenty of light (light/windows = some noise). 1 block from L train. My partner lives primarily in SF but is here frequently. I'm easy going but I take some things seriously with regard to how the apt is treated. The layout is good for sharing as there is a communal room (with TV/cable) in between mine and yours and the shared bathroom is across the hall from the guest room/yours. If you wanna throw a dinner party for 10, no problem - the dining room is huge and can accommodate. There is a back patio with room for a few people and a barbeque.
