Ben B - $1,200/month

Looking for a roommate for an apartment in Upper Manhattan, ideally Washington Heights/Inwood area as I'm looking to spend a maximum of $1200 a month on rent ($2400 total). I love sports, fitness, and I'm always looking for new and fun things to do, but I'm always down for chilling and watching Netflix and playing video games. Looking to move most likely in mid January 2021 but I could be flexible, no earlier than mid October 2020 though. I already have found a broker that charges a reasonable broker fee (only 8.3% or one month's rent). I do like dogs, however I'm not interested in the responsibility of having a dog around the apartment even if it's not my own just yet. Also looking to try to stay at the apartment for at least 2 years to make sure I'm getting my money's worth out of the broker fee. If working from home life continues I do like quiet while I'm doing work, otherwise it's fair game!
