About Me

I've been in Stuytown for two years but am looking to move out when my lease ends in April, or before if I find a great place. I'm neat and respectful, keep to myself mostly, and am easy-going. I work as an environmental geologist going to construction sites and testing soil to make sure it is safe. I go to bed and wake up early for my job, which often has me going to different sites throughout the city. For that reason I'd ideally like a place with access to multiple subway lines.

On the weekends I like to explore the city and get drinks with friends, but I don't bring the party home (who can in NYC anyway???).

Single. No pets. Not passive-aggressive. Looking to cultivate a nice, positive home environment where everyone is comfortable to be home. Respect is key.

I've been looking a lot recently and a lot of downtown Manhattan apartments are catching my eye. For me amenities often take preference over precise location, but in NYC real estate everything's a juggling match.

My maximum monthly budget 1,600
Move in Date Apr 2019
Lease Duration 1 Year
Age 27
Occupation Environmental Geologist
Pets No Pets
Hometown White Plains, Ny
Education University Of Michigan, Rutgers University
Relationship Status Single

We think Kevin would be a great roommate! But in case you want to see more…
