Hi, I'm William. I work full-time in Lockbourne and spent the past 15 years living overseas before returning to the U.S. about a year and a half ago. My background is in higher education and teaching, and I also teach online occasionally. Over the next year, I plan to begin Ph.D. studies.

I'm quiet, clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I don't smoke, rarely drink, and I enjoy a peaceful home where everyone respects each other's space. I meal prep once a week and always clean up after myself.

I'm looking for a private room or affordable studio, preferably month-to-month (or a short-term lease), in Lockbourne or within about 30 miles, including Columbus, Obetz, Groveport, Grove City, Bexley, Ashville, Circleville, Lancaster, Canal Winchester, or nearby communities. A quiet household with mature, respectful roommates is much more important to me than amenities.
