I live and breath bicycling. Socially and for work, leading bicycle tours around Austin I enjoy cooking. I am a social person but rarely entertain at home except having my son and his wife over occasionally for dinner. I do my socializing out of the house. This East Central Location is great for access all of the fun stuff Austin has to offer. Quiet street and neighborhood.. Easy driving or bicycling access to HEB, downtown, tons of restaurants, bars, breweries and Lady Bird Lake.
House is small but well laid out with a great kitchen. Large backyard with garden plots, growing lettuce, broccoli and cilantro in the winter. In summer, tomatoes, peppers and okra. There is a firepit and BBQ. We would share a bathroom but I have never found that to be an issue.
Bedrooms is 12 x12 with large closet. Third bedroom is my sewing room not for rent. Will post more pictures soon.
