Close to everything but still far enough to be peaceful. Downtown ATL is about 10-12 minutes by car. Access to all major sites including restaurants, Mercedes Benz stadium, Museums, movies and entertainment , Beltline and hospitals (Grady, Emory, Piedmont) are all within 15-25 minutes of the home.

Looking for a considerate and clean roomy. There may be one other tenant occupying a different room on the 2nd floor. For a total of 3 individuals in the home occupying the shared space which includes a modern, updated kitchen, dining area, living room and laundry room.
